The frame everything is perfectly like new as it is parked beside a brand new cbr1000 08. Even the Chain look new(still got dirt but still considerably clean(not black yet) Only that tyre looked tracked..

 

 

Do i still need to RUN IN for that "260km" total mileage???

 

What is the 1st thing other den change tyre after i take my bike? Change engine oil or what?? How to test engine..

 

Take this in mind...anything can save but TYRE and BREAKPAD DO NOT SAVE!!! But u can check the manufacture date from the tyre.

dont forget to check if the compound of the tire has harden alreadi or not....

Thanks for all the help!! so i dont need to run in already?!!!! usual run in is till how many km?? Will change the tyre and brake pad right after i get my bike to ensure my life keeps going. haha..Any recommendation of what brand of TYRE to use? 190 or 180??? what size better?? what engine oil to change??

besides the maintenance n wear n tear parts...

aftermarket accessories are very addictive it will make u wanto fix up alot of things...

get only wat u need...

Manual says 500km. I wouldn't put fully synthetic oil in my bike till I hit 4,000km.

So how should i ride for the next 240km?? Hard or soft run in?? If hard, how? if soft, how? Hit 500km den change what type of EO? PLEASE EN LIGHT ME!!! or anyone want to go down with me on 28th to teach me from scratch???

some says hard run in will spoil..

some says soft run in bike no power..

gotta check with all insurance companies (unless the previous owner's filthy rich & doesnt make any claims) whether there was any claims made to the bike before and if there was/were, what were the items/damage like?

age between 24 n 25 diff $200??

i think 21-25 not much diff...u will only start to feel a bit diff when u reach the 26-30 age group...

despite the NCD also not enought o cover the increase...thought next year can go below $1k but...still slightly over...

how easy can a coil be burn? and is there any way to prevent it?

 

u can grill it when u got a bbq party...

leaving the coil there unattended.. lol

 

prevent it : pour water on it.. lol... =x

its juz wear n tear.. the older bunch spoils easily within 6mths..

i tink the batches now can sustain at least one yr +?

 

get a voltmeter...

when ur voltmeter shows no charging.. time to get it to the bikeshop..
