Ya, I just called them. The foot peg cost $45 per piece.

Not sure about the rest, but they do carry the spare parts.

 

I went to raceworks today to fix the motivation frame sliders. Initially wanted to get the full slider set from equipment extreme but kena play out by them twice.

 

Yesterday I called them asking whether they have sliders for 09 cbr1000rr, and one guy from there said yes. And he is able to fix for me then, so I went down. When I got there, he tell me "oh, I thought you already got the sliders, and I didn't know need to drill holes in your fairings." He asked me to go down again today because he is not free to do for me then.

 

So today I went down around 12+, the guy wasn't there. Another guy from there tell me he wasn't informed that I was coming down. And they do not have stock for cbr1000rr now. WTH, make me travel down from AMK to Deport road twice. Can still ask me to come down on weekends, how can I ever trust them again.

 

So in the end, I went down to ubi and get the motivation frame sliders. More expensive but heck, I dislike salesman who make me run around like a fool.

Guys zz just craashed my 09 hrc at jurog area outside parc oasis .. Farking sad now ... That fking driver did illegal uturn and head on collison .. Flew 10 m .. I'm ok but tink internal injury .. My bike head and side fairing crashed .. Break and Cluth level broke .. High chance forks also dmged .. Exhaust pipe dent and rims scratched .. Alot of ppl willig to be my witness .. Driver also admitted to police he did illegal uturn .. 3 weeks bike and this happen .. Fking suay .. Nth much to say .. Now going to check up .. Wrist, hips and foot hurt damn bad .. Pls let me know what I can do ..? I'm sending my bike to ravewerks for full access .. I want to claim that guy insurance .. Tp tell me dun give chance

I was involved in an accident before, driver's fault. All I can share is:

- Please go SGH for a medical checkup. Get referrer to a specialist. (Health and Body well being is the most IMPT!)

- Get a lawyer to submit a 3rd party claim.

- A lot of ppl volunteered to be your witness? (please do get their details and number) .. I kena played out on this part. (Some ppl just dun like inconvenience) Lucky the lawyer settled this for me.

Which is why the need for a lawyer. I managed to claim everything and got compensation for my Hospitalisation stay, income lost, transport cost.. blah blah blah.

 

Somemore ayyang's case is an obvious, the driver admitted that he did an illegal u-turn.

 

For money wise, the lawyer is not going to charge you a fee (if you win).

Just 10-20% (it ranges) of what you get in compensation (includes medical fees, cost of bike, repairs....)

 

But of course.. the compensation isn't the pull factor.... I lived with an injured spine thru out my whole life... always wake up in the middle of the night having sharp pain on and off.... sighz.

Thanks for reply man .. Lucky i am alright even after flying 10m away from my bike .. I heart pain cos I just got my 09 baby less then 2 mth .. Really think it's never gonna be the same .. Pray hard engine is totally fine .. I alrdy sent my bike to ravewerks .. And did X-ray today .. Suspected to fracture foot .. Then other parts are just muscle tension due to fall .. Shld I call ntuc or smth ..? Cos Norman frm ravewerks told me to go down to idex with him for inspection of dmg .. The driver stay same condo block as me -.- his car side and back mirror shattered .. Side door dent in .. My bike head cowl and handle bar chiu .. Bike can still start .. Exhaust dent in but I alrdy buy termis pipe .. Fairing also kenna .. Sad to hear of your crash. Had a couple close calls before myself. Same story: stupid drivers doing illegal u-turns. Just have to be more attentive of them from now on.

Yo! Ayyang, sorry to learn that you crashed.... Something similar happened to me while I was on my RR5.... This bloody Bangaladesh driver turned out from the carpark despite seeing me approaching & still told the TP that I was speeding.... The TP shoot him back saying that I have the right of way coz I was going straight & on the main road while he was coming out from a minor road and even if I was speeding, its not my fault but his and the f@#ker LL.... And since after that incident, I always take extra caution when approaching junctions, roads with sideroads.... Better safe than sorry.... There are many dumbass drivers out there on the roads who drive without bringing their brains along.... That is why you always see accidents everyday.... Cagers are dumbasses....

 

Anyway, most importantly is that you are ok.... Bike can slowly do.... Its advisable to have a lawyer as he can help you to fight for higher compensation. My case for example: offered me slighty over $1k.... I not satisfied, rejected the 1st offer.... After that the 2nd offer came & the amount was DOUBLE of the initial amount.... So even though yours is a clear cut incident as the driver admitted he did illegal U-turn, having a lawyer is still good....

Please do keep all your medical receipts, taxi receipt for trips to and fro the clinic/hospital. Lost of Income due to unable to work (if you still schooling then nvm). it will help a lot.. My MRI scan for my spine already cost me a whooping $2k..lets not say my other therapy fee and blah blah blah... its a lot of money spent. Then lucky for me my lawyer managed to claim everything + compensation for me.

try island law cooperation. last time i just stay home. they do everything.. hospital, bike, everything la.. n i still get 23k claim cash haha
