I don't usually see workshop using a torque tools for the tightening. And recommendation of shops that do it?

 

I think most shops have it, but don't really take it out as they don't have the service manual. I know BS has it.

u guys say this make mi miss my previous bike..

can put alot of things..

I can put a whole chicken in my previous bike .. now I always take a backpack around when riding .. (T_T)

 

I would say the 08 onwards bike is pretty good already lol.. usually keep 1 x helmet bag in my underseat to increase my inventory space when i need lol!

same here..

increase the space by keeping a helmet bag in the bike..

use the bicycle hooks to secure some stuff on the tank bra..

dun like to carry the bag while riding on the bike unless is necessary..

Cant squeeze my raincoat leh.. Then got to take Bag lor.....

 

By the way, any recommendation for grips? The Stock grips .. once I put in after market balancers... not long enough .. exposed.. (T_T)

Haha yeah, usually go tour and stuff i just use those bungy cord thing to hook the bag onto the tail section since i not pillioning.

You using motivation balancers? The new design will not this problem.

 

Sigh, cash card got stolen. Can't understand why people can ride a bike but can't afford a few dollars cash card. Stealing others item doesn't makes them feel guilty?

Based on assumption:

1) I parked at the basement corner where only bikers parked

2) there was this guy on a bike and when he saw me coming, he quickly put on helmet and ride off

 

Maybe I shouldn't say it's a biker who steal it. I guess I stereotype bikers stealing as I have my wheel tire caps, volt meter etc stolen before so I guess I am too upset about it

Finally had my swing arm replaced .. And guess what .. There's still handle bar and signal light out of stock and needs to be replaced too ! 1 mth without bike is tiring man ..! ESP when im working 6am shift this mth :(

Just sent my bike to BS for servicing... checked so thoroughly, changed mineral oil and then lastly wash my bike for me... all so good.... But its like 3 years since I last get the shock from paying the bill at BS..:cry:

3 bottles of mineral oil and filter cost $60 plus. That was my most recent service.

I heard PML the service is superb. For the price you pay confirm worth it eh?

 

Yeah quite far for a first trip liao. Went to the largest man-made lake in SEA.

Hence the bigger shock? Wow, dats quite a distance to get there! Many times more than Kulai!
