Hi guys,

Has anybody here changed their levers on their revo for an aftermarket set such as asv, lsl or pazzo, if so what model lever, where from and how much? I have been enquiring with motomummy who supply asv but they reckon they have nothing suitable for cb400 revo. I then asked if any other bikes levers would fit and they said not that they are aware of but surely another bikes levers should fit such as maybe a cb600?

I'm interested in a set of asv levers if they have one suitable for revo.

Thanks

You can try looking at other Honda big bikes and see whether the brake master pump and clutch perch is similar to CB400. Then also take note of the pin size on the perch for a perfect match. Then order from motomummy for that particular bike. :):):)

I took a look at the Pazzo CB599/CB600 Hornet levers. The brake & clutch levers perch matches our CB400. You can try ordering the levers for that particular model.

Fazli you have given me new hope. I will go to my mechanic and ask him if the controls of a CB600 are the same as CB400 and if so I will order away. I have also asked asv direct and I am waiting for a reply from their tech support guys.

But do take note... If I'm not wrong ASV does not make brake levers for CB600 Hornet. Btw, just remeber its the older CB600 Hornet, not the new shorty exhaust model.

All good bro. I emailed asv direct and they replied back to with all details as below:

-------

Sorry we did not have this bike listed. This must be an Australian import model that is not sold in the US where we base all of our specs.

Difference between C/5 and F3 is as follows-

C/5 is CNC Machined from 6061 billet aluminum, shot peened before anodize to create a matte finish and has a 5 year guarantee.

F3 Series is forged from 2014 Aluminum and then polished before anodize for a gloss finish and has a 3 year guarantee.

Here are the part numbers for your bike:

C/5 Series: Brake BRC541 & Clutch: CRC510

F3 Series: Brake BRF341 & Clutch: CRF310

---------

For C/5 levers it would be 105 per lever and then 30 for shipping. This is in USD and for F3 series I think it would cost 80 per lever.

I'm still making inquiries with asv direct and also motomummy who seem to be the us dealer.

OK cool... Maybe my bad for not reading the site properly. But why ASV instead of Titax, Pazzo or CRG?

I believe should be in the garage sale section. Give it a look and you might find something.

All good bro. My mechanic suggested asv and said they are more reliable and better than the others.

Hi Guys,

Need to ask a few questions on VerS which i plan to do up after not riding for some time.

-How can i fix mainstand on my VerS some. What mods need to be done?

thanks in advance..........

You can even fix up Spec 3 tail board but I find that it won't look so nice. Get back your original Ver S tailboards, go for a new paintjob (single color also will look nice). Main stand not sure if Ver S can fit up. Go for a new wire harness for your electricals. Will save you a lot of problems in time to come. Other than that, kepp it clean and shiny. :)

You can try Yeow Spray. Heard good reviews and seen some of their paintwork on friends' bike. Good finish I must say.

Shrouds... I'd rather you leave it naked and get radiator air scoops to replace the metal piece by the side of your radiator. Looks good and serves a purpose.

I did try once to just trial and put on the CBR400 fairings and they fit well. Just need to fine tune and mod the mountings to fix it up. They look gd. Just that I forgot to take pic.

I think SG might not have. Can try online shops and see if they carry. If holes don't match can just drill to fit lor.
