please help me if u witness this accident!

it was happen last friday along fort canning road towards oxley rise,just behind park mall and YWCA at about 0545pm, while i was riding my xr4 on the right lane one white mini bus make a sharp turn from left lane to the right placing his vehicle horizontally blocking two lane.i had no where to turn but collide onto the bus, the bike was seriously damaged, my friend and i was badly injured. the bus diver admitted his fault and promise to pay for everything but after hearing that the cost of the repaire is too ex he refuse to pay and say its not all his fult,as his clooeague is there as his witness, i am very angry with him and as well as very upset as am still a student and i have no way to pay for the repare fee and worst thing my exam is next week and my left hand was injured! if any one of you happen to pass by and witness this pleace contact me at 97414085.

hey hope u found ure witness...but if u report 2 police they would investigate properly...u should write down, he admitted his fault in the report

This sort of incident is all too common. An accident. One party admits his fault there and then. Next day, turns a complete kebelakang-pusing and says you're at fault. I hope you'll be well enough to take your exams. At 1745hrs on a Friday, that area should have been quite busy with pedestrians.

 

Anyway, I hope a police report has already been made and you've proceeded with claims against the driver. A witness would help fortify your claim though. G'luck

try to ask for CCTV footage from YWCA & park mall.

or at least, the security guard at YWCA on duty at the time.

typical singaporean i guess..when there is accident..wah everyone come and take a look to see what happen..when appealing for witnesses..nobody comes forward

maybe trick them into telling you.

like the bus no. will win toto or something and you'll only tell them the number

if they be your witness or something.

 

aside from that, it's your word against the bus driver's.

not that i'm calling you a liar but that's how the TP will see it.

 

unless you happen to have photographs of the incident.

accident photos these days.
