Pedestrians will always have the court's protection. because as motorists, we have the added responsibility of watching out for pedestrians, no matter whether they are in the right or wrong. They may deserve it, but we do not have the authority to teach them a lesson legally.

 

Same thing with women here, the screwed up law here will always favor certain groups but the best way to murder someone here is still by vehicle.

Many people like this lately. This morning i encountered a poly kia with dre beats crossing the road with red man. Car in front of me stopped, and horned. not the porh-porh horn somemore, it's a looooooooooong sustained blast until i nearly buey tahan wanna whack the driver for overly obssessive, unneeded horn spamming.

 

But the poly kia, just stare at the driver and boh hiu. Then when he finally got on the pavement, he showed the driver the finger.

First rider accident, I'm the 2nd rider and am paying for the bike, I need the bike but now first rider won't fork out anything, furthermore he still has speeding saman to settle before can renew road tax but the worthless piece of air got no money. Bike still has one year of COI left.

 

How ah? How do I settle this without having to dip him in hot oil, peel of his skin and feed to pigs?

Was doing temp relief work for a Receptionist. (Now very atas, called Facilities Executive.)

 

Anyway, I have been doing relief for this position on and off for a few months now.

 

I am actually fine with distributing mails, except the original girl doesnt want me to. I was earlier instructed that I only sort and distribute mails that is more identifiable such as to Accounts Payables and Receivables. The rest, with employee names, I dont touch because I wasnt instructed as to where they are seated or which department or which pigeon hole I should sort the mails to. So I was fine with that. It was afterall her ricebowl and if she doesnt want me to take over her duties and render her redundant....so be it.

 

Out of the blue yesterday, was kinda cheesed off by a supervisor who tells me that I need to distribute mails blah blah blah. And that I had previously distributed wrong mails to the Human Resource Department. I was like 'huh?'. Apparently, the girl has been pushing some blame onto me lah.

 

I was still fine with it. But then issues like how I had previously had a security pass card and I might have lost it and thus help myself to a new security pass completely blew my mind. It was a further insult to my original 'huh'. Then issues about how I was not reporting that a particular door was not locking properly.....Allo. I noticed it only yesterday when I was testing out some spare security passes for visiting Directors. I mentioned it to the Secretary that needed the passes, and she probably called to the supervisor. And I ganna accused of how many days so many people report but I never report it?

 

I hardly leave the Reception counter. Except to take mails, go toliet or go pantry take hot water for my tea. Like that how I know people got report about the door when nobody tells me?

 

If I am actually there as a Facilities Manager, I will be patroling all the areas, check for damages as well as cleaniless and knowning where everyone is seated and their functions. You think I will let such things slide? And besides, you and your girl are the ones that are treating me like some fresh out of school admin kid which I tolerated well enough.

Society taught them to b like dat n parents treat their kids like kings n queens... Juz take alook at e traffic congestions outside e schools during peak hrs... Some mindless species even parked abreast causing massive jam coz muz die2 cnt let their children walked abit to the nearby carpark... Especially those sikit atas schools, can c merc lah, bmws lah, jags lah n other expensive brands, well to do kind of species parked along e road like a bloody toad.. When told them off, they became defensive n start to argue n claimed they did nothing wrong n wat kind of example they r showing to their children ? So already parents r like dat so kids when grow up follow lor...

Why your first rider like that one? buey swee leh your first rider.... i think u really no choice gotta pay first, then make him pay you back... every month his pay u take 50%, until he finish paying back everything... he should be able to live on 50% of his salary one.

Wat bike ? How long coi oreidi ? N wats e extend of e damage ? If damage repair cost more than e balance coi, not worth for u to repair n ltr after repair n bike installment fully settled n he take e bike back lagi u rugi... Coz technically dat bike still belongs to him...

 

Dun pay anymore installment, let e bike kena repo then he gotta pay more... U tahan bit to save $ n get a bike under ur name...

COI left 1 more year, I paid for a year already but I needed the bike so I repaired it, so must be nice to him...until he transfer ownership, if he never, well I make sure the bike he has to be repaired so much, he can't sell it. I guarantor for the bike somemore.

Had a long leisurely walk with a chap last night. He bought up a strange question asking if I missed my ex hubby. And my answer is a bit iffy for him. It afterall has been a long time. 10 plus years, if I was to count accordingly.

 

His wife left and divorced him almost 2 years already. And it had hurt when he lost all his friends while his ex wife is still stalking him and blackening his name. And no, it was not a divorce about cheating and infidelity during the marriage, though it was heavily used to blacken his name. It was more of how he did had a last fling before he settled down to get married, and the matter was bought up to used against him when she moved for the divorce. And I understand that he basically had supported the girl since she was 14 and he 17 year years old. I would call them teenage sweethearts kinda relationship. Considering he is now 37 yrs old.......

 

Maybe its just me, that I understood that it was a last fling, that he can make the decision that she was the one he planned the rest of his life with.

 

And maybe its just me, that I had given allowance for my own ex hub to 'play' while married to me. My only condition was that he was to return to me in the end of the day, and he does not let matters with his 'play' blow up in my face. Though that didnt work out too well. *wryly*

 

So it was easier for him to tell me, and I provided some form of letting him vent a bit. Poor kid actually got dumped after he lost his job. And they were married for few years, and she decided that she cannot forgive his infidelity before his marriage..........

 

And apparently she is still laying the blame on him entirely and this kid being the responsible boy that he always has been. Has been stoically picking his life back in pieces. And he had a encounter with her friend recently where he finally got a chance to mention his side of the story and find out how much she apparently was still stalking him and blackening his name. And ermmmm.......a lot of female friends name in his facebook apparently was used. I may have kinda been spared since I am such a auntie that its unlikely to be one of his 'paramours'.

 

I know that even though we always tell the girls, to leave the hurtful. But the secondary part about stop being hurtful, was often ignored. Society makes it such that we always support the weaker sex and age first. There are however times, where I wish, that such parties do take into consideration that being hurt does not make it right to be hurtful too. We lashed out when we hurt, and thats animal's instinct. As time goes, perhaps we can mature and think about what good has passed and let go of the hurt and the hurting?

 

And yes ex hub. I missed you. I did closed off the hurt some time ago. We had lots of good times together. I am sorry that I cannot support you financially while you were having problems, especially when you had babies on the way. I am glad that you are now settled with your new kids and wife and I wished you still to provide and lead the life that I cannot provide.

I'm wondering how to let go of a bike thats under loan, me being guarantor but I'm paying for his fines cuz I wanna renew the road tax and continue using. I am thinking of how to push everything back to the owner, is there anyway out?

 

Or should I sell everything that could be sold? Other than the engine and the frame?

better to buy from shop or full cash from direct owner, best not to COI or do any guarantor for any loans.

is there any legal liability forms and indemnity contract when COI, if yes can show to LTA proof u 2nd rider not the one committed the traffic offence.

Also check with motorshop the first rider, balance loan, find a solution to settle with the boss.
