Asked him and he told me he bought from a motor shop in serangoon

Personally i have seen the motorshop beside southern motor shop at bukit merah selling

Google for address and go ask them

If can afford better to buy new to save from repairs

And yeah, I would like to go for a new one. Got an old Daelim Daystar X5 after I got the 2b license. Already had a lot of issues, plus Power and Torque very less.

Buying 2nd hand bike is always based on luck bro. There are many bro here who bought 2nd bike without problems. But unfortunately i got to spend 2k to service and repair my newly purchased 2nd hand 750ace due to dishonest seller. Nevertheless, the bike now works like new.

My advise is, if u intend to upgrade to class2, don't get first hand. Just set aside 1-2k for major servicing.

Yeah thats right. Second hand bikes totally based on luck.

 

And my bad luck I noticed oil leaking from the tank of my Daelim Daystar today . When I turned the Petrol On/off knob this morning, I found it to be wet. Upon closer look, I spotted that the bottom surface of the tank was wet fully and some black liquid was spread all over. I don't think its petrol since Petrol is highly volatile. What else could it be. Should I change the tank completely now ?? :(

From memory, Iridiums are $13 and platinum g power are $6 a pop.

Dunlops came OEM and are very stable for straight up riding.

Shinko's are cheap and stickier and have a rounder profile for better cornering.

Metzelers will last the longest.

Of course the Pirelli and michelin's are good.

I found the shop bro. Name of the shop is Universal Motors. But they just have one unit. And they did not assure that they'll have it for long. If that unit which they have gets sold, they said it might take 3-6 months for next unit to come. Total cost comes to 18.5k. Anyways am glad they still sell the new bike.

 

After I get my 2A, will go for it

Especially when u announced got last piece at the shop. Get someone with 2a to buy for u, keep at carpark then transfer ownership after u pass. Seems weird to lay up a new bike. Hehehehe

Why not get something you can reduce, reuse and recycle?

 

Besides, they are cost effective.

 

Uni air filters are about 20usd while k&n are about 35usd

 

The difference?

 

Well k&n are easier to clean but a special recharger kit is a must.

Uni air filter is foam so generally, soap and some oil will do the trick.

Thats too bad bro. Lets say I buy the Shadow 400. Cost is 18.5k. For how much can I sell it after 2 yrs.
