Reports to : Group Sales Director

Location : Singapore

Period : 1 yr

 

Overview :

 

The objective of the role is to be the project leader for the strategic deployment and implementation of global Microsoft Dynamics CRM system within the Group. As the project leader, you will work side-by-side the sales and service delivery teams to gather and organise information, define business and sale process, develop functional specifications, work with selected verndor to create a test environment, configure and deploy the CRM system.

 

 

 

Responsibilities :

 

- Project management for CRM system across the Group

 

- Define, interpret and manage development of the Scope of work, interfaces with Sales Efforts, Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical/functional goals and objectives for the project
