my understanding is, the average of latest 3 bids.. and at end month, one get to choose between 2 pricing, current month n next month.

The PQP is the moving average of the COE prices (QPs) in the last 3 months.

who caused d coe for bikes to be reduced n resulting skyrocketing price? who indirectly causes many buildings to remove bike parking lots...

Was told by a real estate agent that the person who implemented COE wasn't even a Singaporean but a M'sian with Singapore PR. That nevermind, he somemore dare say that the housing crisis is due to a bubble but didn't stress the fact that because the population goes up, so the demand also goes up.

 

Anyway I already cast my vote. No point complaining.

Wahaha. How u know.. coe was designed by me .... But it was d MBT who abused it ma..not my fault.. Aniwae I regret not getting a royalty from tis innovative coe idea....

Sigh.. D vote is cast.... We hv to obey d ones in authority....

 

 

Guess won't see cheaper petrol anytime soon... Also wif 2000++ coe I can't buy new dr200 anymore
