Hey guys, help me out... the scram that i intended to buy CRF150R..I just realize if there IS such a bike being sold here in Spore... Coz all the while I've been reading and browsing thru the wrong website...i meant to say non-local ones...jialat liao... Aprilla MX125 way too X i assume...but even if it isn't... i prefer to make full use of 2B cc which is 200cc..

 

Anyone can give any ideas??

 

My preference wld be:

1>> 150cc or 200cc

2>> 1st hand

3>> Seat height not more than 33" / 838cm (I'm 151cm oni )

4>> Must be RED

u muz ask ureself weather u wan cub,sport,or dirt..maybe naked even..as in the bike lah

 

cubs 1st hand i could reccomend a spark 135..maybe gilera vxr even..but i wudnt reccomend that..u put ureself all thru the trouble doing prac then buy auto bike..

 

sport...ermm quite rare to get 1st hand ones uh..for ure size maybe a cbr 125 or 150 i cant remember..the new design is quite sleek too...there shud be red also..

 

for dirt...ermm..there's not much 1st hand around..a wr200 is quite basic..unless u wanna try for sumthin more adventurous it wud be ktm200 or u wan sumthin lighter there's the ktm125...

 

as for the naked bikes...2 strokes u can settle for a rxz or u wan 4 stroke there's the cbx,ybr...comes in red also...

lan i have some queries..

 

kr original sprocket size is front 15 rear 42.. if i wanna inrease pickup wat size sprocs shd i change to?

u wanna play pick up ahz?? if like that u have to opt for a bigger rear sprocket..but usualli those who ride 2b sport usually use smaller sprockets for top speeds..

 

pick up is more to dirt rides..sum sprockets size 52 leh!! but the pick up shiok ah! u can try ah getting a bigger sprocket for pick up but i doubt it will help u to reach that top speed..

 

of coz thats juz my opinion due to experience...i may be wrong tho..

but when u say get bigger sprocs its only for the rear right? wat do we do abt the front one?

in front got sprocket meh?? i tot that one brake disc? sure or not??

 

ure frens ability to get a better pick up can be a whole lot of factors..for example..maybe his valve opens up faster then ures..or maybe his pipe doesnt have dat much carbon..maybe he uses a domino throttle cable..so we can never know which is which unless we check it ourselves..

from wat i know so far,

 

fast pickup decrease front by 1, increase rear by 2 resulting in f14 r44

top spd increase front by 2, decrease rear by 1 resulting in f16 r41

cornering front maintain n increase rear by 2 resulting in f15 r44

hope no rain today liao..if not jialat..i got no more extra shoes.. heheheh

 

WR200 seem heavy leh....KTM eh...? Bro..i not that rich lah..KTM is way off my budget liao... Me email to Boon Siew about the CRF150R (this is a smaller version of MX dirtbike)..They still havent reply yet..

 

I cant wait to get my hands on a dirt bike which i can call my own................Hopefully by end of 2007...
