Sian there's an engine vibration throughout the revs in my MK2, suspected balancer worn out, hopefully not connecting rods. So guys, gotta bear with a already slow bike with pillion and now even slower with unidentified engine vibration problem.

HKL new branch has one new mito. red in colour.. the shop's in alexander village.. was quoted 12.8k OTR about a month back.. not sure if it's still there though..

 

or else you can try Mah Pte Ltd.. at serangoon there.. they're the agent for cagiva now.. machine price should be 10k++..

bro wads ur defination of engine vibration? when the valve opened its normal for ur ride to get shaky de... or u meant the vibrations are alot stronger than last time?

got hear any cranking noise? which never goes away even when u pull in the clutch? most cagivas are normal for having a rattling noise(even a fy plate mito), smt concerning the clutch mechs dats not fixed porperly but should be okie la. my rattling noise was there since the 1st day i got my bike & clear meter quite few times wit no ill effects. if the noise is coming from ur engine, clear meter dat time bottom end would be cui liao haha.... but do take ur bike for a check up ba... beta be safe than sorry ma

Will see how, tomolo morning will be bringing the mk2 to mototiam for a check. I know Mitos have a certain rattling, progressive chainsaw noise but this time i can confirm it's engine vibration as the vibration comes and go according to the engine revs. Between 5k-5.2k rpm it's so strong that the whole bike almost vibrating..hand also numb.

 

Regarding rattling noise, it may seem normal but for my mito7, it used to have that noise. But over the months as i used it, the rattling became louder until i buay tahan send to motortiam. In the end piston ring lose and scratched. In e end gotta do minor overhaul. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Amgm125 hopefully its just ur balancers. If not i dont think u will need to change e whole con rod. Most prob just e bolts which i guess will cost under $100?

hi...ur problem sound like is the gear in the gear box did not placed correctly ??

cos the gear box is very sensitive...

there a time where the mechanic did not place my gear correctly

n the the moment i revs the bike even in neutral gear the whole bike feel like its going to explosive...sorry if i'm wrong..

anyway good luck
