Hi guys. Is there any reliable mechanic for cagiva? Me riding a planet here. I just bought it n got some minor problem need to be fix.

I know Excel do have some mechanics, but heard r quite expensive there. Is it true?

gtpro. yup excel is good but known for expensive. but after sometimes it will get cheaper. for me its quite affordable cause i know the mech for some time. another is 37 motoring at eunos link.

HELLO ALL, I just pass my TP in the morning...feel so good now. Haahaha. But today test day sure not a very good day, kana raining, whole body wet wet for 3 hours...& kana a very old bike for my test....nearly gameover sia....phews...lol. My lucky angel was hugging me the whole morning...thanks buddha.

To Keng Gerard: Your bike still sell at 5k? May i know your bike model which year and u r the number what owner?

To all: I hear alot plp say this bike is high maintenance. May i know how high is it compare to those japan 125cc sport bike? And can anyone give me an ideal the average yearly maintenance price for this mito is around how much? Thanks.

 

Furthermore, any shops got sell 2nd hand mito or sport bikes can recommend me? I also need a half face helmet, any recommendation? Thanks all for your info and help, hope to see u all soon.

Then I think I got saw u. When i reach there a bunch of ppl was chatin, after awhile one of them went off with a mito. Think should b u la. Haha.

 

Yup the only 1 planet u saw is mine. Got it for a week only need to call for a tow... Haiz.

Let him see what problem you have then he will do the adjustment. My suggestion is, let him have the time to do ur bike.

HaHa, that's why I got tempted to buy it.

I got it for a week onli, I think I need to send back to workshop again lol, think shuld be wear n tear, hope it won't give so many problem in furture.

 

Any one know what causes the red indicator blinkin? Last night got this problem before I run out of petrol, n power cut on certain rpm also. After I refuel, the power cut problem goes off (Is there a mechanism to control your throttle while running on reserve???) but the red indicator still blinking on certain speed...

I don't think it's fair to compare with 125 japanese sport bike. We are talking about up to 34HP derestricted (some even higher) italian beauty.

 

In my opinion regular maintenance cost isn't really "that much higher" then a regular 2-stroke bike if you take care of your bike well. The rest depend how much you want to "breef up" your ride!

 

Bear in mind that there will most likely be a initial cost when you take over the bike (like any second hand bike), where you need to replace some wear and tear + faulty parts. The challenge now is getting those parts. You need to be resourceful. Cagiva Mito is not a common bike. That's the price u need to pay for being in our exclusive club! hahaha. This forum is a great resource.

should be wiring issues, as long as there is 2T in the tank, you're safe to ride. just that it can be annoying and misleading. . no big issues on it. use to happen to my old aprilia also.
