btw, someone ask me b4 but i dunno how to answer .. when u polish, do u apply then rub very hard or apply evenly then wait awhile b4 wipe off?

while riding the engine dies... as if no petrol... BUT THERE IS!!!!????

im in love wif it. coz its power is superb... only this litlle problem stopping me from ruling the roads!! can anyone one tell me how to solve it??? the sound also sounds a little different.. hmm i wonder !! QUICK!! can help riding it!!

hmm.. for mi i dun rub hard but fast instead.. polish area by area.. for metal i recommend braso.. some parts of the frame of my old mito become mirror finish after weeks of effort.. really time consuming ar.. n sure zzz really well at nite.. haha.. for plastic or if u mean spraywork i recommend turtle wax.. buy those no. 2000 water sand paper fine sand throughly b4 using the turtle wax.. after polish n when i place my bag on the tank will slip off 1 ar.. haha.. its so so smooth..

Might be a clogged fuel filter. I was having a similar problem until i brought it down to First Motor. Has your bike ever been resprayed? My filter was clogged because of paint particles. Whomever resprayed the bike didn't tape up the fuel cork area or something and the petrol basically caused the paint to flake off and jam up the filter.

if u say ur sound change then chances that ur exhaust valve spoil...normally when ur exhaust valve spoil ur exhaust sound will change n ur bike lags alot of power....thats my opinion abt ur bike problem...i dun think its the air filter...petrol does not go through ur air filter....anyway....try this first....change a spark plug and cable then drain ur whole tank and pump fresh petrol....smtimes water in ur tank....will cost the enigne to feel like no petrol...

Im in distressed here. I was riding in front of Woodlands civic centre when i drop my back pack then i made a round and come back to the same spot but my bag was gone! Theres nothing of value inside my bag except for my army uniform and most important thing of all is my camp pass. If any of you guys out there who are there this afternoon and foun a black and green lowe alpine bag please return it to me or found some dirty army uniform all over the please inform me as this might cause me to be charged.

for me i do the traditional methods.. nvr let ur rpm goes above 6k.. so that ur piston ring will fit nicely in the block.. i did that for ard 1000km b4 i change at 7k.. after few days of riding @ 7k.. aprox. 100km den i try 2 drag a little..

for me i do the hard run-in method, albeit with fully-synthetic oil.

 

straight from the workshop, I let the engine warm up, and carry on riding as per normal i.e. RPM 7,8 and 9.

 

After about four days to one week, I occasionally pull to 10. After two to three weeks, I pull to 11. After a month then I pull all the way, but still close throttle once I reach max (i.e. almost 13).

 

After I'm satisfied, I never go beyond 12 up till today, coz 11.5 is the redline and I don't see any point in stressing the engine. Besides, if you reach more than 12 in normal pulling, it means your sprocket ratios are already non-optimum and you should look for a smaller rear sprocket.

hi guys back after a long cut off fr internet..gd news.i passed my car tp(surprisingly)...bad news...my dad dropped my beloved mito while he was riding coz he not used to mito's auto stand.now my left side flairing damaged..paint chip like siao.have to go access the damages...haha...haiz!..
