no one go gym liao? i got a nice gym belt for sale, use once only. reebok( hope i spell it right ) brand. nice and comfortable. brough it at 45++.

hi guys. please read the BTS: Rules & Regulations which is actually located on the main page of the 'Beyond the Screen' forum. truthfully from what i see, you guys are mostly just chatting here, without any real outings to the gym as of now. if you would like to chat about the gym, please create a new thread in the 'ChatterBox' forum. thanks.

everyone is busy with their own hectic schedule. It's difficult to arrange a gym session where all the people are free due to certain commitments...for me...I don't mind joining for gym sessions nearby like yishun. Recently been going to the gym in ntu...prefer to go in the mornings around 10 to 11am where there's not too many people...can jio me along if there are any more outing to the gym...need to get some pointers regarding the training...quite a noob here...=)

Life is a scam, what is important now might not be important in the future...
