Well, I do need to invest in a gym belt to minimise re-injury to my already weak back. As for gloves, I'd rather train without those cos I kinda like the feel of calluses on the palm of my hands. They serve to remind me that I train hard until they had to appear... :cheeky:

If u dun mind i can lend u mine 1st when we train lah.. not very branded thou.. i dun use it bcoz the weights i carry are still insufficient to destroy my back..

If you're into just weights for body well pumped with some quality muscles i recommend you to start taking Whey Protein. With good amount of intense training, it is sufficient to help you gain some lean mass. Take about 3 times a day if you can afford. One serving in the morning, one after workout and one before sleep.

As for brands there are many, as long as it is 'Whey' gd enuf. GNC, Natures Farm has it all. Alternatively if you are lazy to go out and buy u can order thru this site. http://www.nutri-forefront.com. They do home delivery. :thumb:

Before I stopped training, I used to consume Cell-Tech (Muscletech) and Mass Factor (EAS). Good effective products... :thumb:

There is no drastic side effects, you'll just feel that harder to maintain muscle size.

Drop in lean mass may lead to increase of fat mass depending on your daily diet. If you eat clean and still workout cosistantly this will not happen.

Bodybuilding supplements like creatine and protein powders do not have any side effects. Only anabolic steroids have side effects when you use it in the long run...

Avoid oily food loh, eg when order chicken rice ask for plain rice, take lean meat instead of fatty ones, more veg etc. Take about 4 to 5 small meals a day if body building is your goal to keep your body anabolic all the time.

Anabolic steroids are chemicals that mess up your body system by making you more stronger and bigger in a short time. Supplements assist in enhancing your body naturally. Steroids are illegal and supplements are not...
