Custom paint into CAN spray...

Hi all, one of my friend in Msia have let me know that they have such service from a local PAINT shop which can choose the colour paint u like then make it into CAN spray unit for such like Touch up or DIY..the paint is not normal CAN spray but is what thy supply to those car sprayer ...any idea where we can get this kind of product n service?

 

what i need is a lacquer to mix it into the can ..those normal CLEAR colour really mess up the colour...
