CBX250, CG125 Titan, XLR125 Honda Bike Owners - Buy Your Parts from Masada!

I initially only posted this in the CBX250 thread, but yesterday another rider encountered a similar shitty parts support from Boon Siew Honda, and I realised that this info needs to go out to help those abandoned by BS.

 

Hi all owners of Honda bikes made in Brazil! Recently I encountered the pathetic parts support from Boon Siew Honda who told me that they have no part for my bike CBX250.

 

In the end, I contacted online parts shop on Brazil and found Masada!

 

I ordered about $300+ of parts from them and they were delivered safely.

They sell mostly OEM parts, but they work fine and seem well made. For some reason there was delay of 2 weeks and they said "conference" and it meant checking the parts. My guess is that they probably had to order from the supplier?

 

It took about 2 weeks before they shipped the parts (they were very apologetic. I also received the tracking number). After that, another 2 weeks for the parts to come. I chose express shipping ($135 or something depends on weight). Normal shipping would take about 20 days they said and would cost less.

 

Throughout the wait, communication from the support staff was very good and emails were replied promptly (factoring the 12-13hrs time difference).

 

The 2 persons I communicated with were Isadora Medina and Eduardo Saldanha.

 

Their English were excellent.

 

I copied their product web links and pasted them into an email that I sent to them and asked them for a quote.

 

Once everything is finalized, they sent a payment request to my PayPal account.

 

Hope this will help those riders of Brazilian Hondas out there! These are great bikes, so now you can ride it with confidence!
