Was told that if key in HP num during the renewal, they remind u sms? I keyed in but never got any remind, now got summon.

i had never wanted to play cheat, just that this month really forget.

from hdb. i always renew at axs, so if renew at sam im not sure if its the same.

for wat i understand, i didnt input any # during renewal but HDB do remind me @ e end of the mth. btw, i always renew @ AXS.

now this is ridiculous. i just renewed my season parking and paid full month. now i still hv the summon to deal with.

if first time try appeal lar, since u always renew, they should understand.

went down personally to make a few noise, but the officer seems like bo chap, asked me to write a feedback and attached my summon to it. well guess i'll wait for their news.

 

to those who got no sms reminder, you might want to call up your town council and check. according to them, they send 2 times, 26th and 2nd of following month.

ya. they send twice, i remembered i havent renew they send 'you have not renewed for the month..bla bla.'

next year forget how? every year appeal? I try to make it 1mth or when i renew my tax n insurance. However i must at least get reminder, no bills n allowance is bad enough already.
