Been having a problem with my EO lately.

Seem to disappear & I have been topping up every week for the past month.

No leakage or anything since I've found out about this problem & been checking the level daily.

Mech can't figure out the problem & I can't just go on topping up EO on a weekly basis.

Anyone had experience this before?

Stress?!!

Am riding a TW200.

My mech has also asked me too if there's any white smoke but none whatsoever.

No leakage on engine or on the floor too.

There are only 2 possible reasons why oil disappears in 4 stroke engine, disregarding massive leakage...

1. Worn valve stem seals

2. Worn piston rings

Anyways, you need to do a top overhaul.

Have you recently changed to another type of EO which is too "thin" for your bike?

Or in another words, is the EO the correct rating for your bike?

If everything is correct, then the mostly likely problem(s) will be what ulysses_sc has mentioned...

Steps to do a proper KNNBCCB with middle finger.

1. Bow down slightly, looking intensely at objective

2. Like a raging bull, hop and jog slowly towards objective

3. Take your left palm and slap it hard on the right mid-arm with a SLAP!

4. With charisma, raise right arm, whilst showing middle finger (with left palm trapped in bend right arm)

5. Shout! KNNBCCB

EO...do not burn...

they do not disaapear into no where..

only way for EO to get out of engine is..leakages==u will see it on the floor

or through the exhaust..

suggest u try to ram your engine at high rpm...i am not surprise u see all sort of smoke coming out....

Never argue with an idiot. They'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience every time:dot:

Did all those you mentioned, that's why am totally dumbfounded.

Nothing of the sort since I do check my engine & exhaust often especially when this thing occurred, the checks get more frequent.

is your engine runs very hot??

presumed everythings r ok, there r not leakage n just overhauled engine.

carb r set very lean, engine will run extremely hot.

extreme heat will coz engine oil to vapourise.

solution: set carb richer.

check your spark plug colouration when tuning carb.

from lean to rich,

electrode end should have colour

from white (lean) > brown (ok) > grey (ok) > black (rich).
