so wad's the outcome? gotta tell pple to warn them. sometimes the law is too harsh cos they can't really tell ur intention. i can even tear 2009 wrongly on the parking coupon. lol. if they wanna charge me i really lan lan then gotta write to the media complain liao. BUT NOW, i will just lan lan take another coupon and retear again. cos the law can't be played with. as the saying goes, the poor can't fight with the rich and the rich can't fight with the law.
