crash provides a bit more coverage in certain circumstances. Slider looks better, but i think only provides protection in cases like drop bike, sliding on flat surface.

If you want minimal protection with better looks go for the slider.

If you want a little bit more protection for the engine get the crash bar.

How well these things protect the bike depends mainly on the bike is crashed and the environment involved.

The best protection I think is to ride defensively and try to avoid getting into accidents.

Bt crash bar makes the bike vibrates leh.. wif slider less by 4%

how did you come out with the percentage of 4%?

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

thx alot for ur info =) will think twice haha

btw any shop to recommand for installing slider or crash bar? and what's the price? =)

Any workshop will be able to install for you for a small fee.

There are a few types of crash bar around, 2 points, 3 points and custom-made ones.

For best quality, get it custom made at Seng Kwang (most expensive, because they use stainless steel). They have photos of bikes that they have done previously, you can choose a design from the photos or if you have a design yourself, you can get them to do according to your idea.

Motoworld recently brought in crash bars for revo, you can check that out also.

Cheapest will be at LAB, but dunno if they have one for revo.

If you want a crash bar that has minimal vibration, get it at Seng Kwang.

I have not seen motoworld's 3 point crash bar for Revo so I am not sure.

Usually vibrations caused by crash bars are due to improper mounting. If the crash bars are designed decently and mounted correctly, there should be minimal vibrations.

So far motovation sliders are the most popular. Price I am not sure also.

Follow ur heart. Don't listen to wat others say. Frankly speaking, i was using crash bars b4.. Not a good fit i guess. Bike rattles to the handlebars. After a few months of using it, found a hairline crack at the fwd side of the cb. Changed to sliders, wonderful! Now bike vibrates lesser at the handlebars, frames, etc. At the end of the day, it's up to u! Just my 2 cents!

Gdluck brother..
