Outstanding fine

Hi everyone, I had a summon in Feb for parking within 9 metres of the bus stop. It was $70.

 

The first time I appealed, they replied me by mail stating that the appeal failed and so I tried for the second time. Months passed and still no reply from them yet.

 

Today, I went to pay another parking fine issued by HDB through AXS machine and I realised that the $70 fine by the Traffic Police is no longer there, thus I was very happy and thought that my second appeal had succeeded.

 

There were no replies from them for the second fine though, and I went to the EDDIES website to check, the fine is still there, stating that it is still under review!

 

So my question is, do you guys think that I should just ignore it and treat it that the appeal had succeeded? If so, why is there no official replies from the traffic police themselves and the fine is still outstanding noted in the website?

Well I met before yr this case!!! THey will Temp take away yr fine from the record , cause they're still considering yr second appeal... So the appeal has not succeesful yet... Wait for another letter to see what is the result again.......

Wait for letter to come lor ... sometimes takes 1 yr or wat one..

I've waited half a year lol. Date of offence is in Feb!
