i rode my st200 for almost 6 months...now the fuel gauge giving me attitude also..hahahaha sometimes it's accurate when it's full tank. But luckily the reserve indicator is working and i roughly know how much more i can travel. guess i need to send for repair soon. =(

 

just pump on monday with only 1 bar left on the fuel indicator and by 5.72 ltr, it wouldn't accept anymore petrol. in fact e excess was swimming above the spring catch, no matter how much i shake the bike or poke e hole w the pump, it just wouldn't swallow anymore. I don't know why. the fuel indicator didn't show full tank either....haiz...it's frustrating....perhaps the float has really gone sot. seems like a common problem??

Gilera Runner fuel gauge hor....

from the first batch till 2009. never once was it ever accurate.

Well.... maybe its accurate 2 times during Full tank and Empty, unless ur float is spoilt. LOL

Just need know how much fuel you would have used to cover max distance and pump accordingly... The gauge sometimes... is pretty redundant.

Dear RBGC, 3GK's, ST200 owners, Tuas scooter racers and SBF Gilera owners.

 

I would like to organise a meetup to have a game of Counter-Strike this coming Saturday on the 28th. Hope to have a minimum of 30-40 players (which will be rather interesting!). I think this should be the first time that all of us will be meeting up for lan gaming. I'll create a list for this outing and hope to see more participants! Price for an hour is $1.50. But i will try to ask for a better price from my boss. The comps here are all high specifications, with the latest games and best seatings. So mark your calendar! Time to fall in will be at 12 midnight at 29 Carpenter Street (Game Haven Safra). Place is in between Clarke Quay Central mall and Boat Quay.

 

I will create 3 different list for ST200 owners, RBGC and 3GK's. So do not update your contact number more than once in between the 3 threads. =)

Yeah, remove it and it wouldn't b a problem anymore! Anyway, its best 2 use mileage instead, get a habit of resetting d trip meter everytime u pump petrol lor.

actually i wouldn't mind removing it completely and rely on mileage. any bike shop can do or preferably go bk to agent?

 

er buy a new one? hmm but problem will not go away right?

Hw bot changing it to analogue fuel gauge rather than digital fuel gauge.. heheh
