hey guys,now my mileage is 820km.reach 1000km should i go to my own bike shop or go to agent which i heard piaggio izit?normally 1000km wat kind service or changed oil?sianz now still dragging below 80KM/hr all the way.btw where is the agent for gilera located??

just check your rollers for wear when u are at the bike shop. won't cost much, especially when u r doing something there.

NO, biting point remains the same. only the RPM in whick the shoe bites the clutch bell.

smoothest pickup = stock springs.

Launching effect, harder springs.

for better nite on the clutch, so far i have only seen Dr-pulley clutch which claims to provide a full contact at higher RPMs

u can try either taihin or sunrise at kallang ave.

 

its ard 300to 400 if i'm not wrong.. sum friends did install it. some say good , some say not so good. a fren did use it for a week and did not like the vibrations it gives. so a hefty sum to try out sumthing.

keep it.. pay more for the looks not my choice. Plus, you can fit on tyres that the ST riders can only dream of. Dunlop TT91GP

5K lei? (hear change EO cum oil filter only)

6K Change rollers... (mention above)

 

how about spark plug, tire, belt and others? When else need to change?

What else is needed to do after 5K servicing? When will be the next K for servicing? pls enlighten us new riders, Thanks in advance...!

Felt sorry for your friend with problem after the istallation.

I suppose they could go back to the workshop to rectify the vibration.

Its a hefty amount I agree.

At this point I think the experience of the mechanic does matters.

Can i ask other rider wat is your fuel consumption of your runner? my alway lesser then 200km and i need to top up to full tank liao...

hey, i think the rider's manual do have the recommended time for certain stuff..

more of a maintenance guideline..

can try look for it..

alamak.. never realise got gathering lah.. maybe next time..

 

k, my st200 giving me worries for the past 2 days..

 

my bike like sangkut2 (stuck) at low rpm.. y ah? at idling also the engine can die.. i tried to up the idling rpm also same result.. this started after i changed my spark plug abt a month ago, at 1st i tot the spark plug still new n not 'seasoned' yet but its slowly becoming worse..

 

other then possible spark plug prob, can any 1 list out the possible problems that my bike is facing for the benefit of other st200 owners too? water in tank? carb dirty?(just serviced same time changed spark plug). fuel pump? fuel line choke? stator?
