usually u wld lose ur deposit. other than tat, u shd check if u have sign anything with them. anyway, most shop close for 1 week. not sure abt the shop u patronise. gd luck tho.

Just to check anyone using the leo vince carbon here? wonder with the baffle in will it be still very loud? -_-" dun wan to be a nuisance when i come home late at night.

i was told tat st200 has its fair share of problems from many frens and forumers alike. any honest inputs from the owners here?

 

cos im seriously considering of getting one. tired of riding SM alrd.

So far so gd, the only problem i had was a chattering when accelaration from a stand-pt, but it got fix after upgrading my variator. I guess the bikes has many different types of problems from different owners, but it seems that all of can be rectified. If its not able to rectify, u wont see most people ridng it rite

Mine so far so good nuthin to complain except the front brakes which i intend to change it soon. lolx ok guess i will not take out the baffle den, erms...tell me after u test the modified baffle ^__^

has anyone upgraded thier suspensions yet? cant decide to change to yss or bitubo, anyone got other suggestions?

I dun think there is any. However sinced you have paid the $400/= deposit, might as well jux collect the bike from em and ask for more stuff.

anione here got problem like squiking sound when at stationary position...? wen ur bike stop at a traffic junction or aniwer, there is squiking sound... anione encounter this prob b4...?ask my fwen and there sae its either the multivar or clutch.. but both of mine are stock and my bike is onli one year old...

help pls....

thx for ur reply. yes true enuf there are many gilera st200 otr but like wat u said, these bikes have their different probs and tat these probs can be rectified.

 

tat is scary though cos u wont buy a bike tat u consciously know tat it has probs, be it with e brakes or e noise or watever e guys have been complaining abt.

 

i also undstd tat it comes with a 1 yr warranty/10k. so if bike got prob aft warranty over... die. lol.

 

i really want to let my left leg and hand rest so tats y im considering st200.

thx. i believe any bike, if serviced regularly, will not have any probs. *cross fingers*

 

but st200 seems to have probs way before u do servicing. some even complained abt unable to start bike during e first wk of ownership! lol!

Both sounds almost the same and performance wise according to some people la thats bit of difference. Would appreciate if someone could advise me hehe im quite new too... maybe your sliders at ur variator has worn out,..... there r a number of possibilities, maybe shud try to bring it to ur mechanic n have it check out.

I had the same decision making but chose the sbk version as it looks nicer, I guess it all comes down to how it looks on the bike, cos performance wise is bout the same. But only 1 downside thou, u have to be careful when taking corners on your right, too much lean angle n u will scrap ur exhaust, lucky thing i had juz installed the protector.

Thanks nicky69hayden. Appreciate it. I am still reconsidering though. Coz nowadays I seen alot of gilerians modified to LV 4 road. Maybe cheaper is one of the reason Hmm... Haha.
