hello pple..had been riding 4 yrs and dis is my first scoot st 200..wana ask is it normal for the bike to fishtail when cruising at above 110km p hr..

Hi all riders, I bought my ST200 in Mar 2010. Recently went to change tires at SunRise at Kallang, the mechanic said my rear brake pads are going to wear off soon and adviced me to change so I agreed. After brake pads changed, whenever I brake, there is this squeaky high pitch yi yi sound...so embarassing. Went back to shop twice and mechanic just use air gun to blow at the brake disc area n spray some contact cleaner. It solves the problem at first but the next day this yi yi sound comes back. Can anyone advice me the solution? Btw, I need to do my 10000km servicing and change front brake pads. What should I change for this 10000km servicing and which shop can recommend and cost? Thanks all riders...be safe...

Just want to ask... maybe a noob question sorry haha. How do you open the handle cover part for ST200. I uncsrew the two screw directly under the handle and took out my side mirrors but it still wont come out. haha is there another screw that I forgot to take out?

Hi guys, wad is the main jet size for the stock carb on the ST200? For open pod & aftermarket pipe DIY users, how many turns of the fuel needle is needed? My bike is hesitant to move at RPM 3-5. Is my jetting too lean or rich?

I want to ask gilera seniors here, whenever my bike is stationery, got this weird sound like bell and the bell's rythm is quite fast. Does anyone knw what is happening to my bike? The other problem is, sometimes but not usually, whenever i move out got this weird thing from the rear like dragging sound. (hope everone understand what am i trying to explain here hehehhe) Great if any seniors here can help me?

My bike also USED TO have this problem [whenever my bike is stationery, got this weird sound like bell and the bell's rythm is quite fast.] Than I find out it is the side stand is losse... So I tieten the the losse side stand allen key screw, problem slove... why don't u try check...(hope everone understand what am i trying to explain here hehehhe)

When the bike is moving off, there's some jerking like engine knock kind.

But if there's that dragging sound, there's no vibration.

 

I guess the bell sound could be side stand lose or something lose. I will check it out tomorrow.

Think ill bring it to Future Scoot.

hi guys im wondering if any of your st 200 got face a problem where the key sensor got problem starting the bike after you change your batt??

Cause i just change my batt than my key cant start the bike than the shop give me the master key than i can start..however now my master key cant start too..anybody can help? Thanks in advance..
