hi bro, there should be 2 certs for sbk leo vince, 1 comes with the pipe itself which is like a booklet behind got ur name or etc, another one u need to go for inspection for ur pipe for a fee of $70 with LTA, get ur LTA cert asap btw..kana summon pipe no cert S$500? =o

 

Ok my own question for the experienced gilerianz!~ I would test my top speed every now and then on my gilera, when I tested when my mileage was about 3k+ it can go up to 135km/hr! but months after i changed my pipe..open filter etc etc...I yesterday tested onli can go like..126km/hr.. Mileage was 10.5k.. and also dunno whether is it myself or wad, i felt my bike's power dun come smoothly..

 

Any reason behind this? care to share with me those that test top speed b4? I figure out maybe time to go for full servicing or change belting etc? I go for servicing every 3k mileage..care to correct my own assumptions? =) thanks!

bro as far as i know i onli have the booklet..according to the shop they sold it cheap as they dun have the cert..btw, is it possible for me to go for inspection w/o any relevant document or etc? pls help..

Ok bro when u go inspection u need to bring the BOOKLET, documents, 1 photocopy of ur NRIC and S$70/-, they will check for ur booklet etc 1st, when its nearly done they will take copy of ur NRIC and ask u go pay b4 coming to take the cert.

nah the cert will be given to you at the inspection centre, its jus a piece of LTA paper, keep it with ur bike at all times bro~ after sometime LTA will send u the same letter again to your address.

anybody knows how much does it cost to spray the inner side of ur gilera?? im not referring to outside coverset but inside where usually stock is always black.. sorry for my cock-upness.. idk whats the part called..

u need to go to g-max, bring ur booklet along and ask them the cert for u to go lta for inspection... then aftr that u will have to make a trip to vicom with all the documents and standby $79 for the new cert.. do bring the proof of purchase of the pipe so that vicom will not assume that u stole the pipe.. if not, will become like me, turned away from vicom coz got no proof of pipe purchase..

My question is Wat should I do now? Can I just go for inspection?

if the pipe is approved by lta before, then u just go to vicom and ask them to transfer ownership of the pipe to u... thats all...

 

but if ur bike model is different eg: '1st owner: vxr 200 '05 - yours: st 200', then u have to undergo the inspection + transfer of ownership etc...
