I'm a Newcastle fan for 13 years, and I simply feel Mike Ashley is a stingy bas***d. It is such an awful feeling with him being the club owner.

Given's departure was definitely a blow to us but i think Harper can be as good as him... We got at least a defender, a mid and a striker during the transfer window which was not bad... So, what's next?? Hmmmm....

Peter Lovenkrands played really well I should say. Ameobi sucks big time!!!!!! We were only so-so and should have capitalise on many many occasions.....but everytime pass to Ameobi,the attack breaks down..... think his playing defender for Wigan....but glad we won.

Lost to Man Utd 2-1 but i heard we played quite well and Lovenkrands scored his 2nd goal of the season..

If its real then that's indeed great news. In my opinion, after Keegan had left, no one else can ever take over Keegan to bring the club out of turmoil except Shearer. Im not saying Shearer is a good coach. In fact, I think he sucks as a manager till he gets more experience and would not manage the club well in terms of his tactical skills. But the reason why he should go back to the club is to 'lift' the club's morale. Im a great fan of his. He's the reason why I watch EPL and supported NUFC. I supported blackburn initially cos of him, until he switch to NUFC, then I support NUFC.

 

Newcastle has all the great players now just that they are playing with no spirits. Hopefully, the great one can lift them.
