Anyone noes where to get the black metal plate covering the part of the exhaust nearest to the brake pedal?

 

Mine ppl steal...wah I was so damn pissed off when I realised it was stolen. Hope the thief die! Dont care ar rider or wat! phark!

they don carry parts i think..i called them to ask about the lever that time they ask me to call autocycle.

for the exhaust..try asking around ur nearest bike shops first..they might have.

Hey guys wanna ask sumthing.. I juz recently change engine oil and spark plug and service my carb.. Now adays it damn super hard to start my Zed.. It take me ard 15min to start.. It damn piss me off.. The spark Plug IRIDIUM plug.. I think the $3 plug easier to start sey.. Bt why ehk??

Im having that problem too Bro....But i dun use the choke more easier to start. Hmmm........i find it hard to answer both of our Problem cause if u use Iridium den i just recently change my Plug(NGK $4)....Check my bike no problem at all. But for my bike...if itz cold...kinda hard to start like 1 day nver strt in Rainy days...

Yarpp.........it shld touch the Chain guard if use kinda Big Rear sprocket. Sum of the riders Cut thier CHain guard shrt to prevent it touching....I suggest u use a smaller size Sprocket rather den 46...even thoug it gives u more pick up power.

I guess the best Mod Tailight iv seen most on Zeds in Spore is the Cbr lite very Chionggg......nice lyt got Eyes lyt tat. My Neighbour just changed it looked very impressiv.

Yr nearest bike shops...shld hav. Normally they'll order for ya....more cheaper.

Mine i got it from my mech shop....But if u need it ASAP den LAB laa the answer.

46 is quite big for a sprocket..42 is sufficient(solo most of the time) or 40 if usually pillion. a large sprocket is like you running with a heavy backpack behind u..although it has good pickup, ur engine needs to do more work and hence will outwork it.

should get it checked out again. maybe ur engine not used to it..mine now start harder but still can start after few more kicks (due to after 4k mileage(change EO)). a normal working bike shouldnt need so long to start..and choke is used when u have this difficulty of starting usually after one or 2 days never start.

 

try kicking on off switch to lubricate the piston then on and kick again as the oil may have run back down.

mine does too. choke till got engine start, then i off choke..but after a few kicks, mines ready to go.

dunno this normal or not.. recently my throttle got free play and allowance seh, i dont really like it, (last time dont have),opened up the throttle like unscrew here and there, but everything in order seems like it, wanted to open up till the carb area but it would take a while and i was kinda tired so i didnt.

 

i was told that the freeplay is caused by the throttle cable itself?

throttle got allowance..hmm ..just need to tighten up the cable..i wonder how can become loose.??

 

mine start few tym kick onli.rain or shine.plugs using cheap cheap ones.eo n plug i change every month as duing despatch.

 

like to share this, 2t actually all same except for the thickness.those racing type thin,cheap2 one thick.thats wat i notice when the using the cheap2 one when u throttle abit heavy on the throttle but when using lacing lacing one light.

Mine using R2 2T but when throttle also abit heavy like that.. Maybe bcoz of my trottle lol.. Bt i juz change my throttle cable.. haha.. One day if any of u wanna meet up can check2 our bike lah.. Those who r expert in it!! Or experience..
