If u r using d "RXZ" carb i suggest u sent ur blk for porting to make it compatible wif d carb, u oso nid to replace ur exhaust pipe and oso get ur bike "set" to all those stuff. Everything on ur bike works together, doesnt mean dat by changing ur exhaust pipe or carb alone will gv u da "power" u nid. It might include others like clutch plate, magneto coil, cdi and even ur sprocket combination oso play a part.

WAO!!!! thats so much to look into... I think i must well get 125z carburetor am i rite?? If not it takes me time and $$$ to do all this.. any1 knows anything abt internal pipe?? where can i do it?? SG MSIA?? How much will it cost??

ya. that one if u want to really be in racing mode. if not just go jb change carb to rxz and pin jet can already..though not much power like what u want. most importantly regularly maintain ur bike and u wont be disappointed.

 

btw..the S$95 cover does NOT include installation. coz that day i saw someone bought a set and brouhgt that big box strapped to his bike home.anyway we install ourselve better. much more satisfying and u learn more abt ur bike internals.

U wanna do Internal mod to your pipe.....Hmm think thruly oreadi?? I dun wann u ride in fear after uv done yr Internal mod......But as Costar stated more of our Zedters are doing that to their bike......so i hav no comments.

 

 

Locally yupp....Price may range at abt $80-$120, if im not wrong. Over at JB.......just change it to RM. Usually at Jb they would suggest u buy a new Pipe which is Modded.

 

 

 

Btw how long have u been riding yr Cub???

Haha, bro since u r new i presume dat u juz pass is it, juz change ur carb to ori is enough la bro. Think twice b4 changing ur pipe aite......:cool:

I have pass 2yrs ago..jus change from RXZ to 125z.. because i find it more sporty even with box and is a small size big compare to RXZ coz i am small size...

 

i have seen 1 125z in JB duno is the pipe mod and duno is it an internal pipe.. the sound of the pipe is "SOLID" damn nice!!!not as noisy as the original pipe..no idea wat pipe is it..currently jus feel that my bike is not very smooth when ride jus duno wats the problem with it...kind of headache..

 

Frankly speaking.. i dun lyk the way JB tune the bike, they love to tune it to top end and the bike is damn noisy... anyone here has done internal pipe/porting or even have the airbox taken off?? if airbox taken off is it very noisy???mine is damn noisy.. rxz without oso not so noisy..

 

hw much is u guys full tank in terms of litre?? mine is 4+ near to 5litre. I am testing how much full tank can i run.. for those with stock bike, how much KM can u guys travel with normal travelling speed, anyone knows?? And how for those who have done mods to their bike like porting pipe mod carb changed, how much KM can you guys travel??

For 125z.....If Airbox take out, Damn Noisy.....quite loud arr yr Xhaust sounds.

saw 1 z at m1 motoring, fw plate 1.8k, 2.5k onroad. any comments?

 

 

Quite cheap i guess.....For a FW plater. Yeah, lyt Costar said....must check the COE...if got until more than Five years, then thats a cool Price.

oh thats a good price... mine FW bought last year...3.2k coe should end 2013.

but of course 2nd hand there is some small cough and hippcus so set some $200 for minor repair...juz from mine experience

125z tank should be 5l ..mine all stock can go 25km/l. me almost 90kg. usually at 100km/hr.

 

maybe u should change to chamber pipe. look like rxz pipe ah. but beware of the consequences. put $500 aside for donation to govt.

Chamber pipe.......+> Its Stomach is totally empty so sound like TONG like dat( Try knocking empty tin) and its outlook is more slimmer(Shorter) and different from stock pipe which thats Why ROV can easily spot whether u are using stock or Aftermarket pipe. So its outcome to yr bike will be very good mor smooth and power at pickup and during high speed....BUT Extremely Noisy. I hav one for my Zed....I only use certain period. It sounds lyt A racing AHM pipe......

 

 

 

Internal mod of Pipe...... +> Normally ppl will just modd the Stomach of the stock pipe so it will be about the same as a Chamber pipe but its will not be totally emptied or will cut the diameter of the Stock pipe to make it shorter....then Endcan usually they will drill more Holes so it wont be Noisy.

 

 

 

 

So Thats why i hav in mind about yr Queries.....I think sum part may Be Wrong. Just writing from what iv learnt and heard.

Yea......B'coz when u do iNternal only after RPM 7 usually yr Pipe sound will get more Noisy. If a smart ROV will try to plsy wif yr throttle to see u mod yr Pipe or not....By looking they only noe ur using the Stock Pipe. Try using air filter instead of Airbox.....that can reduce sumore Curiosity when using Internal pipe.( Sound very similar lyt stock wif no Airbox)
