im also 18yr old p-plate...should be can. and should cost ard $700-800.

If shops dun allow....u go directly to NTUC office to do up yr Insurance. Iv done my Insurance recently....and i surveyed some Insurance Co., NTUC provides the best insurance cover for Young riders like us. Mitsui- Kills off our cash......

In that case....u can premix, No Problem at all.

yOU can pay a visit to LAB...to ask them for a similar Air filter such as K&N for yr cub. My fren is using quite the same type of Filter.

if u really wanna save money,try operating or diy ur airbox first. take out da rubber 'nose' n unscrew two top screws of the airbox cover open'd,leaving da bottom one still intact.in between da gap between da airbox n da cover,u just have to use up da un-use screw,n leave it in da gap,preventin da gap to be close. use cable ties to tighten dem up. make sure da stock filter inside is still intact. u'll notice da different

like i read sum peeps quote bfore, 'moddin too much will spoil de bike' so keep it to da minimum. imagine a small pebble flew from ur tyre,pass by ur rear suspension and entering da holes of ur carbeurator while u're travellin 160km/h. damnnnn......dat thing is gonna end up in ur block man

i onli saw most 4strokers dun use their airbox,instead pointin the nozzle outwards. can see da carbeurator inside sumore. i tink dat one,want to help clean s'pore air lerr

no need to take out airbox. just take out the useles sponge filter inside the airbox.that sponge might also disintegrate and end up in your carb. you'll notice a slight increase in sound.

take out airbox can. just fork out more money for fuel coz fc will increase.and for repairs afterwards when a stone ends up in ur block. or even into ur exhaust. later exhaust sound like spray can. heh~
