achap..can be a no of reasons..either carb or block.its there a bit of a rattling sound? if yes..your block nv screw properly..if u just did servicing..go back the mech and tell him of ur prob. most prob its ur carb and settings.

 

i ownself service..but only engine oil, change spark plug and simple2. wash carb i havent try.see the small2 parts i scared anything happen. somemore no compress air.

 

ic.. bro, u dun find 125z v.troublesome mehs wanna change sparkplug or anything u wan do must take out alot of fairing pcs.. tats wat i hate siah..

ya fairing very leceh..but just unscrew only..fix back all easy what..not so troublesome actually. its just a way i can get "intimate" with my bike.

went to Ah boy buy plug....NGK- G-power $5...went home kept looking at it hand itching liao go change ...actually no need take out fairing to change plug..ok than went out test test haaa feels is better reponse.. i would say 10% some how it felt soomther...than hit onto the expressway..from toa pahyo went PIE to KPE exit ECP Rochor as i live bugis area...up the Shears brigde full throttle at 6th gear rpm was abt 5k.. constantly..i a bit shocked as the one i used NGK-R will be around 4.5k so it did feel a bit more power..well the fuel i use esso ron 8000...will try pumping V-power next time see how is it...just mine sharing of this G-power plug first time using...

if got the knowledge and right tools anything can do ourselves.

for me..i only know how to tighten chain..change spark plug only..change light..

carb i rather let experts do..anything wrong when diy..i cant ride my bike and cry one corner.

 

change spark plug just remove the tube. go from the front wheel there..then use the spark plug wrench..

just diy service my carb and got my hands all dirty.. the frame tat part where covered by the carb and airbox make my hands dirty.. duhz.. den nv put back the carb properly the whole bike like **** up.. then spend a few hrs troubleshooting.. now ok liaos.. phew~!.. wat a experience..

my back break suddenly jammed up, now its almost CNY already.

anyone got similar experience? I using racing footrest la.

other that going to motorshop, any advise?

jam as in? u press the brakepad press against the disc and dosen't release? or ur lever jam?

its the first, break and then the break pad doesnt seem to release at alll... but after a while have to shake the lever a bit here and there then it will release.. this happend 2wice already.. once i hit the break lever, thats it ah, jam sampai destination.

 

so now at the moment i try not to use the back break..

ur blok leaking..might be ur gasket ah need changing. cost abt 60 bucks

and as for the brakes its probably the pump need servicing. i had mine serviced some time ago due to same problem..the rubber seals in the pump wear off thats why. cheap only..not big problem

the ows twin tip spark plug came out in the new paper.. it was intro by a guy riding r6..

anyway, abt ur tt brake pad thingy, i encounter be4.. i see the mechanic fix the pump and adjust the lever tt's all..

Hey guyz juz wanna sum info.. My Insurance gonna die Soon.. Which is cheaper?.. NTUC, MITSUI or AXA? I heard AXA cheaper.. Where can i gt it?

im using ntuc as i can pay by installment. mitsui i use last time and now i heard they have the highest premiums. AXA i think some bikes they don take.

i'd vote for ntuc. but be sure to call the quotation a few times..sometimes the quote becomes diff the next time u call.

60 dollars for gaskets? should be only a few dollars for all the block gaskets..

shld be plus workmanship.. if got $ go bring sample gasket to ubi there got 1 shop do gasket one.. ask dem make 4 u exact haha..den got many many @ cheap cost.. quality abt the same..
