Juz OPERATE my stock pipe at Eunos, emptied away all the STUFFS in the pipe stomach for $40. Open my AIR BOX side cover, throw away the SPONGE. Tune my machine a bit here & there. There U go.....!!! As long can go 140-150, it's good enuff...!!! The sound goes wop wop wop.....!!!

Perhaps it'll be good if you could see StingRhea's bike. Better if you could test ride it. He was the first guy to come up to test our Z-1 and he was initially extremely sceptical of everything. We changed his life...

I dun quite really get u~ Its a high compression head you will be changing into.

the sound is nice but once heard can tell no airbox and no airbox = dirty engine~

obviously in the R1 kit the machining is more extensive than in the Z1 kit la~

The cylinder head we sell is one we have modified from an original one with our own specs.

 

The stock compression is low and this could have been made to accomodate for the lower octane fuel used in Malaysia amongst other reasons.

 

Our cylinder head compression ratios are made for 98 octane fuels and will optimize your mileage as well!

Yes the price is different because we have to pay for more machining of a part (of which we couldn't say....).

There is no issue about our modified Z-1 kits for the 125Z and traffic enforcement.

 

This is because we do not change the capacity of the bike, displacement remains the same, no big bore or changing to the last overbore size. While the power gains will be good, the reliability of big bore 125Z engines remain to be tested.

 

For the Z-1 kit, we recommend that you USE the stock pipe for optimal mileage.

In addition to wad KawBoy posted, the Z1 kit is a 34% increase in performance after blueprinting the engine and fitting it on.

 

You can feel the vast difference.
