As I turn the handle to the right, then the light came. Everything.

meaning the headlight, meter light, signal light.

But when i turn to the left, everything gone.

Still can ride, just midway riding, light intermitternly on/off.

wire short circuit... have to check the wire that's located at your handle bar there.. better check it fast.. else anything goes wrong.. might have to re-wire the whole bike...

Kindly read thru at least the intro section first before decide to post any comments.... thanks...

Riding is not a passion nor a hobby. It is something far beyond that. Its Mythical.

it may not be a short, probably just loose wirings or connections since it still work when you turn to the right and turns off when you turn to the left(kenna disconnected).

Try taking out the wires and check them out as they could be loose.

Use a contact cleaner on the connectors and wires and put them back firmly.

If it doesnt work then I think the wirings might need to be changed.

Thanks for ur advises.

I bring to motor diam. They found out is the fuse break. They change fuse and test on the spot. solve. But when i push motor out and start again, same problem. My mechanic say leave bike here for them to check wire. I refuse cos late for work.

Whole journey no light at all. ride slow and keep to last lane. The funny thing is when i stop and off engine. when i on back, the light come back. everything back to normal again. I tot oni temporary. After 1 full day work,

i check again. normal. I ride home, whole journey normal, even i purposely go bumpy road (tot wire may go loose again), but still everything normal.

I was tinking how come after fixing a new fuse, the problem solve only after i ride and stop. Dunno the logic behind it. Did anyone face this problem b4?

I noe u may not understand what i say, but the thing really go like this.

You got con of the fuse.:dot:

If fuse blow, you will not have light at all. Wire loose does not mean that you can trigger the sympton via bumpy road.

Check all your wirings. Check the left and right switch assembly on the handle bar. Check all connectors.

Look out for signs of pinched wire, loose connector. Wires at the switch can start to break from all the turning of the handle bar. One common problem is that in a multi-strand wire only a few strands are intact whiles others have broken due to turning and stretching.

This type of problem is very difficult to find as it is covered by the insulator.

Best is find out which wires goes to your lightings and proceed from there.

Haiz, the problem come back again. Bring to motor diam again. As wat adesmond2 say, its wire problem. take quite a long time to check. Quite tedious job. Need to remove side covers, seat, petrol tank and head fairing.

Then need to trace where the problem is. From connectors to retifier to battery to fuse then finally to the bundle of wire at the head light. One by one, he pull the wire to check for wire break. He told me if got wire break, the moment he pull, the wire will come out.

And indeed he pull out 1 wire. then need to cut open rubber casing to reconnect the wire. After which need to tape up using black tape. All this processes took him about 2.5 hour. In the end, its just one wire faulty.

When I ask him how he feel after going thru all this process and it just the fault of the paticular wire. He just told me when come to wiring, cannot rush one. Must trace start from battery onwards.

Pay $20 for the wire. But I think worth the money. Anyway, thanks for all ur advises.
