issues reg fine and appeal

hi, cut story short.

 

got fined for parking on 8 aug.

 

sent in my appeal letter few days after, they received it dated 20 aug.

 

now, the fine i got was due by 13 of sept.

and in the letter i receive from tp dated on 20 aug, said that 'owner of vehicle may ignore first notice/letter given...' something like tat.

 

so tat means i can dont pay first right?

it says..

 

"I refer to your letter dtd 20 Aug 08

 

Pls be infromed tat its receiving attn. In the meantime, the driver/owner may ignore the notice of traffic offence tat was issued. We will infm you of the outcome in due course."

Yes. No need to pay first. They will sent you another letter to tell you the outcome of your appeal. If successful, good for you no need to pay. If not successful then they will give you another due date to pay the fine.
