Hi guys, asking this on behalf of my friend.

He's using a rxz and very often when he stops at traffic lights after a period of like 30secs then the engine simply just dies. He's not stalling it. However he can kick start it back with no problems.

He just serviced his bike and his sparkplug changed.

I recently started to face this on my KRR, and am wondering why its happening.

Any inputs?

Could it have anything to do with e battery? Since i do notice my krr and his rxz's light and meter light dimming.

erm, the other time, when my bike came to a halt, the rpm will slowly drop, until zero den stall the engine. i have no problem starting it back again, but it only will repeat the same thing... drop to zero den stalled again.

only way to prevent it from stalling was to throttle it slightly when i stop.

i went to service my carburetor and after that, the problem is gone. wonder is it the same for you?

Either it's time for you to change service your carb or it's time to change ya battery..

Similar but not the same. Cos our engines die off after like 20secs, not instantly

I shall do this.

turn the idling rpm......

Cant be this as the idling screw is at 1+rpm. And its not like my engine stalls immediately apon stopping. Must be what simmz say is carb or battery.

Hmm, I faced that also once I just full serviced my bike. Then my work place mechanic help me adjust the idling speed. At first it was still okay, but now in early mornings, it happens again, and then it's quite difficult to start back for me ley. Most probably carb? What do they do mainly if I were to service that part?

The neutral light strong or weak? if weak means battery cannot make it liao. That's when u have to take note of. Bettery pray ur battery spoil, if not the rectifier or magnetic coil spoil.. hoho u have to burn ur pocket liao.. better get it check with ur machanic asap.

i would suggest you to check your idling and carb... and sometimes, have using your new spark plug for 1-2 months, the idling will drop lower... if all else fails, check with mech and ask them... asking is FREE ma... :)

Kindly read thru at least the intro section first before decide to post any comments.... thanks...

I experienced this problem before. My case was carburettor, The pin inside was the problem. So I replaced the whole carburettor
