Which shop best to repair SP, n towing?

hi lun thnx veri much for the recomendation. went to ah meng jus nw... tow service. he tow at night n repair at nigt oso. finish abt 10pm. kena $40 for the irritating problem i had, plus the consultation n tips abt motoring n sp advices. he noe wat he's doing he come jus open carb n found water inside. then abt the stall problem he shorted te engine run switch wire. i tink its worth it... recomend ah meng at 68 sg kadut street 1 to fellow sp riders too. next mth i full service wan to try doing ther

btw i dunno ther (ahmeng area) got lotsa bike shop. at first i tot u said sungei kadut i tot jtc yew tee ind pak ther... hmmm the place qte ulu. i didnt noe got worksop ther i tot wood n granite n metal factory n warehse.

ehh...

full service is a general term..

 

may include eo, spark plug, coolant flushing n gasket n piston ring changed..

tune ur bike better... polish this n that..

check this n tat for u..

etc etc.

 

a rough gauge for the service wld be definitely $150+ - $180..

i not sure.. overhauling wld be more exp.

n maybe u might wan to decarbonise ur pipe as well? den will need to top up also.

if u are really on budget side.. its best not to do at meng.. his customers who trust him placed their bikes in his hands to do it well.. tats y they dun tok about how much this n tat with him..

u can try him once.. if u dun like or u find got lil prob here n there n need him to check n fix, he will gladly do that..

or u can always find ur trusted mech also =)

simple ones like brake pad or lights or eo or plug or 4t or other "consumables" etc cn do at jb. if repair cdi, coil or clutch plate or more critical ones do at sg.

btw $40 for his service is a qte gd price in sg standards though he jus open carb n shorted the engine run switch, n drill hole at y airbox. sounds veri nice sia plus its legal somemore (nvr modify pipe). plus he tow my bike ard 730pm n his invaluable advices. usually tow onli is $30 aredi.. i tink "peak hrs" more rite?
