Did you do any overhaul? If not how would the service centre be able to change the parts inside of your engine when they did not open it up?

ad1da5 : i think the service centre did an over haul cos they told me to run in the bike for 1500-2000km... and 2 wks time need 2 change EO.. they said rpm dun go above 8 and speed not above 100km/h...

 

Lim : i cannot reli pin point the sound but around tat area.. when i rev den it'll have the sound and when the engine is heated up.. when it's cold dun have the sound..

 

 

asan786 : it's more of a clattering sound like something is abit loose and the vibration of the reving is causing the noise...

ya ya! i also have the same sound coming from the bike. It sounds like a screw hopping around somewhere in the bike. haha.

maybe tat's a better way 2 describe it... any problems when u run ur bike so far??

maybe when u change ur EO, u can tell the mech there about that prob.

 

imo, this kind of small sound should be normal lah.

Exactly the same as yours. The rattling comes only when it's warmed up, and especially loud when idling. So far no problem, it just sounds irritating sometimes.

But sometimes i feel that the performance is reduced when that noise appears, it feels like the bike lost a little power. It could be just me, but i doubt so. I asked my friend about it, he said it has sth to do with the valves and i should go for valve clearence at the motordiam.

I know got another 2 RVF with pramac paintwork but don't have the Honda wing one. One is Yellow/Black and another Red/White. Probably you saw them instead of me.

 

The hyperpro is only the spring lar... your spring nothing wrong wad. Is only the shock that is leaking. U got go check with bikelab whether can rebuilt and repaired not.

Havent go to bike lab ask yet... anywhere feel my spring 9yrs old... thinking of changing that too.... 450+ change front n back wif hyper spring quite worth it leh... but realli have to delay the buying of the agv vr helmet....
