Technically the V-Twins of SP1/2, TLR1000 isnt built for top end..Low end grunt + mid range power but nv in the top end..Probably max out at 260+ to 270 in bone stock..

But take a look on the paper stats for the current Jap 1l, they have near similiar or even higher torque or power to weight ratio as compared to a VTR SP2..

 

Not that i'm against the VTR but technology keeps improving..
