My that set of battery only 1 or 2 track session only lehx..

 

The k6/7 600/750 has a serious design flaw in the placement of the rectifier, rect is place behind radiator and directly infront of the engine thus simply no cooling air for it at all. Now mech has relocated my rect to a much better location.

 

Suzuki nv did admit that it was a design flaw on their side. My k4 didnt face such issue as the rect was placed in the tail section while for the K7 1000 onwards, take a look at where their rect is place and you will know that Suzuki themself knows that the mounting area is way wrong in the previous model.

 

 

My k7 is like the last bike to go for a rect + coil change..

Magntic coil can actually recondition like the radaitor .. Cost around $200 where for the stock cost around $300 plus .. But since u already had change it then nvm coz u dun know where the recondition die off unless u selling the bike soon .. Roland its only like $15 for the soccer take it as u smoke 1 less packet of smoke can liao ... Dun disappoint me lah coz i cant always join u all for soccer due to my shift work ..

Even if recondition, what if bike dies in Msia when ya alone?? Towing back fee is more than what i'm gonna pay for a brand new coil.

 

Not worth the risk in my opinion..But anyway, my mech is good..He help me relocated my rectifier and even did a 3 pt grounding.

 

$15 to me is like smoking 3 packet of ciggy less...
