hi guys..i'm currently taking my 2a and was confuse whether to get a cbr or a rvf can u guys tell me more abt rvf??

 

i heard that rvf always have magnetic coil rectifier and overheating problems is that true?

 

rvf and cbr whch has better performance?

 

how do u guys mantain ur bikes??? shiong or not?

 

hope u guys can enlighten newbie rider here so that i can consider which bike to get. thanks in advance

Both bikes also need to do a total revamp of parts as both are old bikes.

RVF parts are more costly but if you can afford to splurge to do up the bike, den no worries of when it will break down will happen.

 

There is always 2 sides of the story, you on budget so you buy a budget bike and keep tinkin of your dream bike while your current budget bike is on installment and your working to pay it off + dun enjoy riding it - Doesnt make sense to me imo.

 

Dream bike abit pricy but still afordable, even though abit over your budget but you feel worth it as you enjoy your ride.

 

If you heed my advice prepare a sum of cash for the old coil and rectifier den i dun see much issue with what you are mentioning as my previous RVFs all are working fine. Over heating? it is due to the V4 engine and how the bike is design therefore riders of RVFs will feel in at their groin area whereas the CBRs are in the front at your sterring cone area where all e heat dissipates out.

 

One more point which is you got to know which bike you prefer and why you get the bike for as the CBRs and RVFs each has its own distinguish features and the plus+minus qualities.

My advice would be short..

 

Want go Class 2, dont spend too much on 2A..

 

My question to ask you would be, you directly mention CBR or RVF..What is the attraction of this 2 individual bikes to you?What attracts u to it??

 

Shiok-ness of riding comes with a price tag, i learn it the $$$ way on my PGM 4...

from ur sig , i can see tat u are rich as u 1 yr change 3 bike . LoL so no worrie abt rvf u cant afford . and performance if in track i believe handlin wise is veri impt . so rvf?pick up and mid range also rvf . but of cos overall still depends on the rider as DAZE WEI said he used a phamton to win R1 . so u decide?
