Once,I was doing business in AGL bikeshops..I found out that many of the bike shops are dishonest.Many of their products are "USED" and "REUSED". A famous shop over there,was found to be reusing used clutch plates and selling them as brand new ones. They would take the used clutch plates taken from a bike,wash it cleanly and rewrap in original packaging,complete with fake manufacturer sticker and sell it to u. Some,will take your good piston,then go inside,have it swap with a damage piston. Later they would tell u tat ya piston is damage and u have to buy a new one. each piston change entitled them to a commission... U think these shops are good cos they do minor servicing but in fact,they already chop u into pieces.

alot of shops are doing that, juz that we dont know. some simply purchase scrap parts and refurbish them

Unless for good cheap seafood and minor cosmetics on my bike, I rather do my bike servicing in spore than malaysia. at least in spore,if the bikeshop screws up, i can counter screw them but if in malaysia,i kena screw double time.
