err...

1. use a pair of sharp scissors

or if you like,

2. fashion a primitive stone-age tool using sharpen rocks

I did a Coca Cola can project before, but not for the motorcycle suspension.

Here's how I did it.

Get a hack saw with fine teeth.

Cut away the top and bottom of the can to get a tube.

Then using a pair of shears (Ultra big 2-hand scissors) I cut the tube and unroll the cut Coca Cola can to get a flat sheet.

You can use the same method on the Redbull can, but you will have to decide how to fasten the can to the suspension.

Suggested way is to use solder.

But if you don't have a way to solder, an alternative would be expoy glue.

Don't use other glues, other then expoy, because they are not waterproof.

one of my friend used to bite the top part off with his teeth.. he normally do it during our tea sessions and use it for his ashtray..

i dare him to do on a Jia Jia Herbal Tea can, he say cannot..

else just bring to any workshop and use the grinding tool to grind the top part away, and buy a drink to your mechanic that do this for you..

Jia Jia Herbal tea can is made of Steel, not aluminium like Coca Cola cans! Bite liao your friends teeth sure chui !

Using power tools is a good idea if you have them though. :)

actually can use can opener also... u know d sort u must turn the thingy on top n it'll cut along d circumference. after tat use sand paper to smoothen the edges. i think can use cable tie to secure it onto d canister bro. to make yr cable tie real tight first pull n fasten it max wit hand n then use a plier or cutter to twist/roll the part sticking out of d locking part. if u dun understand let me know, i'll try taking pics n post it up
