Hi guys,

How is the Wee is Singapoe traffic? Lane splitting, squeezing etc. I know it is bigger than most street bikes, but for the kind of uses I stated, is it alot of difference? Maybe compared to some other bikes?

Thanks.

errr... ok... gd 2 know...

it's a v engine tune for low and mid end grunt which in any situation will leave a big smile if not a maniac laughter as you punch thru the traffic it's top at 200km 0-100 at abt 4s and keep pulling till 170-180km the differnt to the vee is 30% average

Ahhh that helps abit more. I've already decided on a mid sized twin. Did lots of research and now comparing this to a Versys. I understand all the differences but just wondering size wise, how it affects local riding. The Versys is much smaller, slimmer, shorter and lighter. It's probably better for local riding but i'm wondering by how much.

Any of you start cursing when stuck in traffic? Can't squeeze etc?

versy is another good choice for a road bike....and you could probaly gets a lot of part in MY since it's getting more popular over there.

i would not curse....onli kpkb why so stupid to bring the big bike into town during peak hours when a smaller bike will do. in singapore i ride off peak

in oversea either that i just switch off engine and head lite and wait it out at a near by road shoulder , i got time

You may want to consider Suzuki Gladius 650. Teo Spray still has 2 units. $17.5k OTR. Gladius using SV650 engine, which happens to be on the V-Strom 650 too.

Kaoiwas, if you are tall big and a bit strong enough, like a bit of off roads, back roads, keep on riding expressway, comfortable, like the looks of an adventure type bikes, no money for a BMW GS, good fuel economy, simple stupid easy to ride, start n go n keep going bike, easy farkling, strom is a good choice. it is also very agile on the busy streets.

well not knowing you at all, you can only take note of my points and judge for yourself and decide what kind of riding you do. this bike does have its own little issues like every other bike. good luck on chosing your right bike. and oh....the triumph Tiger XC800 is also very delicious....

pos·er (pozr) n.

A Sportbike rider who habitually pretends to be something he is not and only care about how they appear to the public as their bikes are nothing more than props to get them noticed by girls or even teenage boys which they want to impress with fictional tales of all the hardcore riding they do.
