should be 1978 leh. not 1973 for sure.

Thanks for the information. Went through the log card again and realized I did not read the information clearly. The bike original registration date was 1973 then there is another first registration date entry which state 1978. So I will assume that the license plate was issued in 1978 and not 1973.

 

Will correct the posting. Thanks.
