Regarding Concessionary Season parking ticket for motorcycles

Hi,

 

I have a query with CSPT for motorcycle.

HDB website says that white lined parking lots can be used in HDB/URA car parks.

 

But what about the white lined parking lots on roads, with coupon parking signs. Is this also maintained by URA ? I do have CSPT but kind of bit blur whether to park on roads (with white line motorcycle parking) or not ?

 

e.g. Syed alwi road got white lined parking lots on roads with coupon parking sign. Can a CSPT holder park there without displaying coupon ?

 

Any clues on this matter ? Thank you much.

Those white lined parking lots along the road also belong to a carpark code.. So long its not within the list of excluded carpark, you can park there without coupon..

 

I parked at those white lot between Hong Kong street and carpenter street, only the bike beside me got fined..

its actually very easy to remember:

 

anywhere you can normally park legally using the HDB/URA coupon, you can now park for free.

 

anywhere normally you cannot park even with the HDB/URA coupon, you still cannot park.

 

you apply this simple logic and its obvious where can and cannot park.
