thanks, actually police got tell me to put down all my case n arguments in the statement. So I told them about my house also kena vandal and bike push down etc. They said if really go to Court then see judge blif in who lor...

 

but what I dun understand is, cant police just investigate n close the case. Cos obviously this is very boliao. Throw egg??? Crime meh?

 

I think in sg, very easy to frame n tekan people. Example, gal can just go n cry molest... then the guy wil have hard time to explain etc. Sigh.

I dun think you need to say anything about your house being vandalized or your bike being pushed down.

 

In any case, you have not done anything to the neighbor's place. So dun worry.

If that person wants to sue you about being a nuisance, try getting a petition from other neighbors. To prove that you're not making a nuisance at all.

 

You must get support from other neighbors on your side, since what he is trying to do is frame you for what you have not done.

No point mentioning your property being vandalized whatsoever, it wouldn't help in solving the lawsuit since you dun have any evidence about who did it.

(We wouldn't want to stoop to his level do we?)

 

Ohyeah, promptly report to the station if you have to.

Best is co-operate with the civil servants properly, they'll also gauge you on attitude.

Especially the judges, if this does goes to the court.
