No new date yet...I was there on 22-24 Feb. and will be there again on 4th March and again 7th March...

For Hotel, Im strongly recommend Sweet Home, Its Privacy like our home.:sleep:

 

Food, recommend a stall at Friendly Village, Homely Food & nice!

 

Massage, DaiMond Massage is a good Tranditional Massage central, the lady boss can speak Mandarin & vy friendly.

 

OK lah go try urself!!!!!!!!

The rate of Sweet home hotel is Thai Baht 790/nite, Foot Massage only TB250/course Body Massage TB350/course.

Location of Sweet Home is beside the only bank or wet market betong, Diamond Massage is near to Agogo pub Kongkar, another one more night enjoying place is O2 disco its at same building of Garden View Hotel now already have show girl, quite nice place to enjoy. Looking their nice Manager Mr Albert, he will take care U as like thier own friend also cheaper beer only TB160/bottle (don compare to restaurant).:thumb:

on the main street few doors before 7 eleven on the right facing the round about...there's a notice in English but they only sell a year insurance...

Its ok if you travel during daytime. Its a long and winding road. If you've been up to cameron, thats nothing compared to this. The whole journey will take about 5 hours.

should be safe as one of Yala's biker told us as long

ride up / down Betong / Hatyai before 4pm...(should be Thai time).

 

anyway..me n another bro just did the ride from

Hatyai to Betong via Pattani / Yala , 3days ago.

thank God we are safe n in 1 piece. :thumb:

tried n tested thai 3rd border to malaysia Sungei Golok......... long winding trunk rds, took us 16 hrs to get..... Golok town is similar to betong, hotels are way cheaper....... RM40 - RM70......... immigration is easy but customs part a little troublesome.......... maybe would go there again one fine day.......

that hotel was recommended to us by ppl at the border....... but sadly no rooms available........ rm67 per nite was the charge

 

maybe next time , get to know ppl @ border .

then keep in touch with them , and ask them to book rooms there. :thumb:

Seems like Betong hotels must make phone call to book de.

Can't find any web link for internet booking.
