True also lah hor. Most people buy bike and hope theirs will be outstanding. And here we have it, still make so much noise.

Ok..

Season the slice pork first (5 spice powder,pepper and salt) coat it with motor car flour.Lightly coated....

Heat up your wok,add the cooking oil and then Deep fry the pork till its half cook

Take it out and drained away the excess oil.

Leave a bit of oil in the wok,stir fry the ginger and the onions.

add the oyster sauce,water and soya sauce(optional)

Add in your pork,when its boiling add in the corn starch and seasonind,salt and pepper.and your spring onions....
