Ok guys let me get this straight once...

 

Advisor - Someone who advises on current situations where decisions are made or going to be implemented, this person got to have experience to make such advise where decisions can have the final go-ahead or not.

 

Consultant - Someone who is being consulted in certain aspects before the whole decision process is being made, based on expertise of a certain field. Which also affects the decision process in term of on-going directions, quality-control, etc...

 

Organiser - Someone who puts the Advisor and Consultant and a few dozens of people together to make a project successful.

 

1) If kena sack, all 3 have to go..

2) Only the participants and sack us.. Nobody can self-sack himself..

3) If due to old-age, illness, or injured until cannot speak, then a recommendation has to be done to take over the duties. Vote-count has to be 2-third in order to pass.

4) 2-third = 2-third of the whole forum.... so good luck..
